CPI by Provinces in the Month of Tir of the Year 1400[1]
All Households
In the month of Tir[2] of the year 1400, the national households general index (1395=100) stood at 327.4, which increased by 3.5 percent compared with the previous month. In this month, the province of Lorestan saw the highest monthly inflation rate of the national households with a 5.9 percent increase and the lowest rise in monthly inflation rate went to Semnan province with a1.4 percent rise. In the month of Tir of the year 1400, the percentage change in the general index for the national households was 43.6 percent in contrast to the corresponding month of the previous year (point-to-point inflation). The highest point-to-point inflation rate was for Ilam province with 53.9 percent and the lowest one was for Tehran province with 37.7 percent. Moreover, the twelve-month inflation rate ending the month of Tir of the year 1400 for the national households stood at 44.2 percent. The highest twelve-month inflation rate went to Kordestan province with 50.1 percent and the lowest one was for Qom province with 40.2 percent.
