CPI by Provinces in the Month of Mehr of the Year 1399

All Households

In the month of Mehr[1] of the year 1399, the national households general index (1395=100) stood at 261.5, which increased by 7.0 percent compared with the previous month. In this month, the province of West Azarbayejan saw the highest monthly inflation rate of the national households with a 10.3 percent increase and the lowest monthly inflation rate went to Kohgiluyeh & Boyerahmad province with a 4.1 percent rise. Percentage change in the general index for the national households was 41.4 percent in contrast to the corresponding month of the previous year (point-to-point inflation). The highest point-to-point inflation rate was for Kermanshah province with 48.4 percent and the lowest one was for Mazandaran province with 36.9 percent. The twelve-month inflation rate ending the month of Mehr of the year 1399 for the national households stood at 27.2 percent. The highest twelve-month inflation rate went to Hormozgan province with 32.6 percent and the lowest one was for West Azarbayejan province with 23.1 percent.
